company, Vanita Agrochem (I) Pvt. Ltd. maintains total quality at
every phase of the production process. In order to keep a strict check on all
the business processes, we have appointed a team of quality
controllers. They help us in offering qualitative range of chemicals
by closely monitoring the entire production process, right from the
procurement of raw material till the final delivery of the consignments.
Further, they check our Chelated Micronutrients, Water Soluble
Fertilizers, Micronutrients (Inorganic), Secondary Nutrients, etc. on
different quality parameters. Some of the parameters include:

Our Facilities
We have a state-of-the-art
infrastructure set-up, which is located at Takawade. It is divided into various units such as manufacturing
unit, quality testing unit, warehouse unit, etc. These units enable us to process our range of
chemicals efficiently and also store them till their final shipment.
The
manufacturing unit is equipped with advanced tools and machines that
help us in processing a wide range of Secondary Nutrients, Amino
Acids and their Chelates, Plant Growth Regulators, Miscellaneous Agrochemicals,
etc. The monthly production capacity of each
product type at our unit is:
- 600 MT / month of water soluble NPK
formulations
- 150 MT / month of chelated
micronutrients
- 150 MT / month of plain micronutrient
mixtures (liquid as well as powder for foliar and fertigation)
- 350 MT / month of micronutrient mixture
for soil application
- 600 MT / month of secondary nutrient
mixture for soil application
In addition, we also have a
sophisticated quality control and research laboratory, where we carry
our various processes to make sure that all our products meet the
international quality standard. It is fully equipped with analytical
instruments and equipment to help our agronomists and farmers farmers
analyze soil, water, leaf, and petiole. Mentioned below are the
instruments installed in this unit:
